Double tooth Roller Crusher machine

The double teeth roller crusher can be applied for crushing in the industry of coal, metallurgy, mine, chemical industry and building materials etc. It is more suitable for crushing raw coal or coal gangue of large coal mine. Double teeth roller crusher is of mechanical 2PGC type. It can be installed with thick teeth roller or middle teeth roller respectively according to the material properties.
Double teeth roller crusher is mainly used for crushing rocks of medium or lower rigidity, such as coking coal, agglomerate, limestone, and so on. It is most suitable for the mid-crushing and fine crushing work in non-metal mines of medium and small scale and chemical industries. The smallest discharge granularity could be less than 100 meshes.

  Roller Crusher is made  of two cylindrical rolls which are installed horizontally. The two rolls rotate in different directions, materials fall on top of the rollers and enter crushing chamber under the action of roll surface friction to be crushed by the rollers, and the final product is discharged from outlet. The crushing process is continuous. The crusher has strong discharging force, so even wet materials can also be discharged out of the chamber.

1. The spacing between rollers can be adjusted to meet the different needs of the desired size.
2. Two rollers’ teeth stagger into each other to achieve the desired crushing. When roller teeth are worn to a certain level, the gap between two rollers can be adjusted to ensure the required size. It’s easy to replace the roller covering.
3. By applying the special structural frame, the bearing support of the movable roller can move on the sliding way horizontally, and connects with the hydraulic cylinder with the accumulator. When the uncrushed foreign materials enter into the machine, they can be discharged by the retreating of the bearing support, so the machine can be protected from damage.
4. The flexible resin screen can prevent the moisture content viscous materials from adhering to the internal cavity.
5. The mud-scraping device can prevent materials from adhering to the roller, so the teeth surface can be more clean and the proper shearing and pressing be maintained.
6. Four main shafts can be lubricated separately or tegether. The bearing support has the grease-discharging hole to discharge the waste grease at any time. It’s easy for maintenance.
